I have one user who is getting denied access to some Google products. For example, Gmail works but Sites will not.

I've powerwashed the Chromebook, no different. When they login to their own W10 devices, Chrome does the same on that.

I've moved that one account to an OU that does not get any Chrome extensions, no difference.

Any ideas? The slightly difficult problem is they are at home and so I am (different homes)!

Edit - this is the screen they get, this is when signed into their Chromebook with the one account, they are being asked to 'add another account' but they shouldn't need to

I would first check that the OU has the apps enabled. And then also check if app permissions have been configured via group membership.

Yes, all fine there, the OU is the default one for teaching staff, no other staff have this problem

Maybe something in their Chrome settings that is following them around via Chrome sync? Perhaps the Sites URL is prohibited from using cookies or something? Have a hunt through chrome://settings/content for anything relating to the affected apps that might be able to be cleared or reset.

Got it sorted, home internet problem. Once switched to iPhone hotspot all Google products worked! Really was not expecting that
