Jaan Posted February 4, 2022 Posted February 4, 2022 Hey all, anybody clarify this for me or point me in the direction specifically to educational use. We (the school) have user based licensing for adobe CC. Are students/staff allowed to install this at home on their personal PCS? I can only find this: https://helpx.adobe.com/be_en/download-install/using/install-apps-number-of-computers.html But but the wording throws me as it doesn't mention education. cheers all
TriggerHappyUK Posted February 4, 2022 Posted February 4, 2022 (edited) Clarification would be good for me too. We do it by users too. We allow them to download it onto whatever they want, but it does check that they are a valid user for our organisation. If not, it'll just block their login and close the application. It also only allows logins on two concurrent devices. So the whole family can't use it at once Edited February 4, 2022 by TriggerHappyUK
mrnoisy Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 Hi we’ve been using it like this for about 3 years, we have it setup for single sign in via their 365 accounts, licensing allows use on personal devices, each account can login 2 devices, the user gets prompted to sign out a device they are not using if they have signed into multiple machines on prem, it asks them to sign out one of the 2 machines. It works really well for our creative arts students. 1
