[ms office - 2019] Can’t print from Excel but other applications work

We're having a more and more pravlent problem of users being unable to print to our central print queue from Excel. It works from any other application, and they are able to print to PDF from Excel.

 

An Office repair will usually resolve the issue for a day or 2, but the problem then reoccurs. There is no rhyme or reason around who is impacted by this as it seems totally random.

 

Can anyone offer any suggestions?
