DFE iPads

We took delivery of our DFE supplied iPads a few days ago, however, I'm not seeing them in ASM.

 

How long did it take for iPads to show for others?

I had to contact [email protected] to get them to add them, even though I had given them my Apple School Manager number, they sorted it pretty quick.

Ours never showed, we had to supervise them in Configurator and then transfer them

I'm sure you have, but did you add the reseller number under Device Management Settings. They won't show until you do.

That was our problem. The reseller number we were given by the DfE was nonsense, didn't resolve to an actual reseller and as such they never appeared.

 

Just in case it helps someone else I have copy-pasta'd this from another edugeek post, these are the most commonly used resellers by the DfE:

 

Computacentre number (892F050)

XMA number (354BF80)
