I've been getting this a lot recently and I've spent some time looking in Meraki to see if there is a way to turn it off, and I can't find it. If it's there it is well hidden. If you can't guess the PIN you just need to stick it into Lost Mode, and then take it out again and it will be cleared. Bit of a pain really. If there is a way I'd love to know it too.

I'm sure you have, but did you add the reseller number under Device Management Settings. They won't show until you do.

I can confirm everything said above. I've got two schools with them, and the service and support is excellent.

I hope this is the best place to post this. I have ten Smart SB680 boards that I need to dispose of in the next week. They are currently in a cupboard, and were all working when they were taken down about a year ago. There are most of the pens, and some wall brackets. There are one or two dents and marks, but generally not too bad. They could be used, or would be great for spares. I would be happy for them to go to a good home for free, just as long as you can come and collect them in the next week or so. The usual disposal companies want paying to dispose of these, and I'd rather not! The school is in Walsall. Just contact me on here and we can sort something out. Thanks for reading!
