[hosting] Web Anywhere (School Jotter 3)

Hello,

 

We have a few Schools running Jotter 2 which works but is quite outdated,

Some of the Schools have signed up for Jotter 3 thinking it was going to be a massive upgrade from their previous

free 'Google Sites' website to find that nearly every feature is either in development, buggy or outright broken.

 

Has anyone else had a similar experience with Web Anywhere?

 

Even their own home page is broken

We moved away from them a few years ago after V3 was promised to us for a year and never appeared.

 

One site has gone a to a bespoke CMS from 3 Men2 which is OK, but they charge for extra pages and changes to certain content requires HTML/PHP editing of pages and FTP up/download which is beyond most of our staff.

 

My other school uses Blue Chilli and I never touch their site, it's all done by SLT, which means it must be bombproof as their SLT is IT competent, but they aren't coders!
