did anyone see last nights money programme on bbc1 with fiona bruce doing an interview during his last days with the company ?

 

Very interesting, a lot of the background and history we already know a lot about....but nonetheless a good reminder of the ruthlessness of gates and ballmer as businessmen. Also, a timely reminder of the stench that surrounded the netscape affair - the company really should have been broken up years ago.

 

Also funny to hear the comments form the technology observer about Bill now wanting to do whatever it takes to win a nobel price. LOL.

well, it certainly wouldn't have been to have a disgruntled novell exec on. to give their take on things, after all they had a good smattering of people who've been over by M$...

 

...the man from lotus, the man from ibm, the woman from netscape....

 

....they just needed the man/woman from novell all the main players who've been on the wrong end of a M$ hammering.....

 

AND then they could get the man from google on to go hahahahahahahahahah give us five more years and we'll be more valuable than microsoft hahahahahahahahahh.
