Impero + Sophos Issue

Hi all

 

We use Impero and Sophos Central and when installed together, blocking websites via Impero and the browser extensions no longer works. I have seen there is a help guide about this on Impero support which talks about adding exceptions into Sophos, however it is still not playing.

 

Has anyone come across this and did you do anything differently than the guide?

Yeah and infact when I uninstall Sophos from a machine, I still get the issue where I can shut chrome etc down via task manager but cannot block websites.

 

Chrome/Edge are picking up the extension as I can see it light up on the machine but for some reason blocking isn't working.
