Pre School Early years software

Hi all,

 

I wonder if there is any Pre-School/Early years setting software available in the market? We are using manual system from registering interest to signing up contracts, filling forms with details to sending invoices to paying parents. Even the time tabling of staff and ratio of pupil to adult is done manually. All of this is really laborious and cumbersome.

 

So I am wondering how are you running yours? Do you use any dedicated software? Or are you using the same manual process including Excel sheets/Google sheets and Word.

https://famly.co is one I've used successfully in the past too.

You can even set up a sign-in and out screen with it, which was very useful.
