Hi,

 

I have been following the instructions sent to us by our ISP on how to set devices up for cloud filtering.

 

I have a domain joined device I am going to give to a student to use at home, the Unified Client Agent installed using Group Policy and it set the serial etc but I only get Mode 1 on the diagnostics page.

 

Is there anything I have missed, I am following the instructions set out here

 

Install CloudFilter on Win 10 Domain joined devices.

For mode 1 you need 3 things - username, config and a blocklist - does the daig page show all these 3 available?
