Badaz52 Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 We have a student who is not seeing any teams that they are a member of when they login to Teams. I have checked and they have the group memberships and teams memberships. Any ideas?
psydii Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 Have they tried in the App and via teams.microsoft.com? We've noticed that teams occasionally doesn't seem to load all the memberships as expected. Sometimes removing and re-adding to the impacted Teams kicks it into life.

If you click on the Gear by the Join or create team and choose Manage teams you can see if they have them hidden. Also if the teams are created with School data Sync you may need to have the teacher active the team before they show up for students. Edited September 13, 2021 by NicholasEsping
