FreePBX phone prompt

Hi,

 

I've had FreePBX for a while now running pretty much without any interaction. I recently ran the update and now my old Grandstream phones are showing a username and password prompt on the display... nothings been changed except the updates.

 

The phones still work, and you can get out of it by pressing cancel but staff are going to panic when they come in... and it seems to come back after a while too.

 

Anyone else seen this?

What's the model of the phone? What firmware version?
