Adding an email account on a Samsung Android phone

Hi,

 

Does anyone know a quick way of adding an email account such as our staff gsuite email accounts on to Android phones?

 

It’s dead easy with iPhones but a blooming nightmare with Android phones.

 

Every time I go and add an email account it moans about deleting or creating a work profile and then finally asks for my email login details but then goes round in a circle and gets me nowhere.

 

I have already sorted out security settings in the google account for lesser secure apps.

 

Between work profiles and device policies it is a real headache.

 

Anyone know a good quick way?
