[ipad] WIFI Off When Turned On

Hello,

 

Our iPads are managed via InTune and we have an issue. If someone lets the battery go flat and then charges it up it won't connect to the WIFI until the passcode has been entered. However sometimes they forget the code and because it isn't connected to WIFI we cannot clear the code in the MDM.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

I've seen this with lots of ipads in the past I'm pretty certain it is a security feature as explained here

You will need a kit with an ethernet adaptor so you can connect the iPad to a wired connection, there are cheaper solutions around

I tried with a dock. It still doesn't connect. Works fine on an unlocked iPad.
