Setting up SIMS Parent Lite APP - Error Pending Approval

Hi

 

We are trialling SIMS Parent Lite App

One of the staff is a parent as well and to trial we sent the invitation from parent lite admin console and the parent received the invitation.

She then made few changes to her child's record and submitted.

 

When I log in as administrator into the portal, it says pending approval.

Please see the attached snapshot

Secondly whenever a parent makes changes to the child's record in Parent Lite App and submitted - will the administrator get a email notification

 

Any help much appreciated.

They won't get a notification unless they set up the Home Page widget for SLG Notifications. They can find the submissions in SIMS by accessing Routines | SLG and SIMS Online | Data Collection, or if they enable the home page widget, they can click through from that to the same place. Once they've actioned it in SIMS the status in the admin portal will update.
