[bromcom] To export & import addresses

Hi

 

Upon trying to produce some address labels, it became immediately apparent that some address and parental addressee fields were incomplete. Is it possible for the address/addressee info as held in Bromcom to be exported into .csv, then amended as necessary, then be imported back into Bromcom? If so, which fields would I need to specify when importing the data back into Bromcom?

 

Any assistance would be gratefully apppreciated.

Hi CarterUSM. I have seen the case you raised for this with the support team and we have gone back to you on this. There is in manual data export and import routine you can use. If you need anything else let me know.
