iDStore : Cashless Catering CRB Cunninghams : New intake setup

AFAIK there is no way to see the new students in iDStore until they are officially added in Bromcom to roll.

 

This means they can't sync to iDStore which means we cannot allocate the new students a cashless catering card until at least day 2 of their attendance at the school.

 

Unless there is a magic way around this?

Our IDStore sync with SIMS pulls all the students who have been accepted for September already, even though they are not yet fully enrolled, and has done since we started using it.

 

Not sure if Bromcom holds the pre-admittance details differently to SIMS, but it might just be that it hasn't been configured for your sync?

The ImpactMIS.cmd file in the "MISLink" folder is calling "impactmisprocessor.exe -I SIMS - Applicant " as one of the tasks for us
