GreatFind Recruitment are on the hunt for an IT Support & Project Engineer for our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking IT organisation, delivering IT services to the UK’s most prestigious schools. The purpose of the role is to provide remote and onsite IT support, plus to assist with IT project implementations. This role will provide the IT Support & Project Engineer with the opportunity to get in depth experience with a wide variety of the very latest technologies. It will suit someone with enthusiasm and ambition who is looking to build a strong career in IT.

 

Salary: Up to £30k per annum.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Provide IT support services to our client schools, remotely and onsite.
  
• Deal enthusiastically and promptly with requests and issues.
  
• Assist with IT project implementations, from planning and design through to completion.
  
• Work with the wider team to deliver IT support services and IT projects.
  

 

Skills and Experience

 

• A passion for technology is essential.
  
• A minimum of two years’ experience in an IT role.
  
• Experience of working with and supporting a range of information technologies, the following preferred:
  

 

- Microsoft technologies: 365, Windows, AD, Server and Exchange

- Networks: network switches, wireless networks, cabling infrastructure

- Cyber security

- Cloud technologies (google)

- Back-up solutions

This role requires regular working at client sites.
