O365 Outlook Web App Default Mail Client

Is there any way to have Office 365 outlook web app set as the default mail client so when mailto links are used it will launch office 365, sign users in if not already and then compose the emai with the recipients email address, or is the only way to do this is to have the user use the full version of Local Outlook?

Yes, configure a service handler in Chrome...

Thanks but it's the 'email' button in SIMS they want to use and launch 365 rather than Outlook.
