Positive and negative reviews?

We are - although I'm not all that involved in it. Positives I guess are the self service booking and payment, invoicing etc is handed for us, negatives is they take a fee. I think if you add existing bookings onto the calendar they also want a percentage of them (not 100% sure on this). Although we didn't have it in place for very long before COVID put a halt to all the external lettings.
