Cunninghams crediting random accounts

Hi all,

 

Not sure if anyone is experiencing this, but we're getting reports from parents that their children's accounts have been credited with money that they know nothing about. Impact is showing a number of Internet Transactions and has put £55 on one account. I looked at the transactions logs from our payment gateway and these show nothing.

 

I went to raise a call, but was informed by our catering manager that there is a nationwide problem with Cunninghams at the moment.

 

Anyone else? Seems most odd this is happening, why it's happening and how they intend to resolve it? Who knows what less forthcoming parents will just let they kids spend the money!
