The address string looks very long, i believe there is a limit, suggest they move the file nearer the top of the tree and see if they can open it.

This from Microsoft on File length for OneDrive/Sharepoin online docs - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/restrictions-and-limitations-in-onedrive-and-sharepoint-64883a5d-228e-48f5-b3d2-eb39e07630fa#:~:text=File%20name%20and%20path%20lengths,-Applies%20to%3A&text=The%20entire%20decoded%20file%20path,and%20file%20name%20after%20decoding.

The entire decoded file path, including the file name, can't contain more than 400 characters for OneDrive, OneDrive for work or school and SharePoint in Microsoft 365. The limit applies to the combination of the folder path and file name after decoding.

this has started to happen in past few weeks with our remaining Windows 7 / Office 2010 computers...

Put it down to both OS and Office being way beyond support now...
