Adobe CC - individual application licensing

We have 25 annual CC SDL currently, this is for our photography lab only. ICT have asked if it is possible for dreamweaver only licensing. Is this possible any more or is it CC or nothing? It wouldnt be feasible for either FTE or per user for us as we wouldnt need anywhere near 500 minimum user licenses.

Not anything like an expert on licensing, so can't answer your main question, but just weighing in as we got a quote recently for named user licenses and the minimum buy was 300 rather than 500. When I asked about individual app licensing, it was priced *way* higher than named user CC licenses and didn't seem worth pursuing, as for a similar cost I could license the whole school for the entire CC suite..

What was the price for named user licences? We've been paying £20.10 per licence for shared device licences.

Unfortunately I just "do" rather than say what is to be taught on or with. I am not a fan of Adobe.
