That’s January done and dusted, though it wasn’t the start to the year we wanted was it?! We’ve been having a little think of how we could cheer you up and myself and @VeryPC_Nicole came to the only natural conclusion. It has to be with VeryPC socks. But we’re going to make you do a bit of work for them… On the agenda for team Marketing this month is updating some of the bio’s on our Meet the Family page and adding some exciting new words underneath the smiling faces that are aboard the VeryPC ship. Get your thinking caps on, put fingers to your keyboards (or traditional pen and paper!) and write a new bio for a VeryPC family member of your choice to be in with a chance of winning a bundle of socks to keep your feet warm and toasty. Maybe over the years you’ve come to know Colin quite well? Or you met Ross’ cheeky face at the Bett Show back in January last year. The choice is yours! Don’t worry they don’t need to be long, just a couple of short sentences! We’ll choose ten of the best ones who will all receive a bundle of socks in the post. They’ll be a wide range of our designs over the last couple of years included and there’ll be plenty so you can give a pair to your other half or maybe even your pets. To be eligible to enter we just need you to post your entry in this thread with the name of the VeryPC family member you’re writing the bio for. Make them fun, techy and engaging but keep them clean please folks! We’ll close entries this Friday (5th February) at midday and announce the lucky winners not long after that. Get writing! - Ryan 8

He's currently shouting "bring me the box" so he can fill it full of VeryPC socks in a warehouse on the outskirts of Sheffield... No in all seriousness, Al is all good. So you might either need to split 10 lots between jnfarmer, thimon and bald_pig as the only entries so far... or delay it a tad.
