Hi,

 

A massive longshot but here goes.

 

I've upgraded some cameras in our car park that were put up by our outgoing security company.

 

They are Samsung SNB-5004 cameras, I updated the firmware on 3 of them and 2 of them haven't come back up.

 

I got up a ladder and have got them in my office but they aren't coming back up even after trying a reset.. no IP and the smart viewer software isn't finding them.

 

Was hoping maybe they updated from the SD card but nope.

Find the old firmware and put it back on?
