Konica Minolta Printer and safari weirdness

A member of the administration staff brought this to my attention. I had previously shown them how to print to a User box, on our Konica Minolta Bizhub C308 photocopier and all was well. When they tried to print to a user box using Pages or safari they were shown a similar print dialogue box showing the same options but they don't work.

The same options are there, but they don't work.

Anyone have any ideas what to do? It all prints fine, no issues. Just when you want to use a user box the system stop working.

I have tried removing the printer and putting it back. Updating the driver. Restarting CUPS, printing from a shared printer, I've tried LPD, IPP and HP Jetdirect - socket. Not sure if I have tried AirPrint yet. And it's still not printing to a user box.

This only seems to be happening with Macs on OSX 10.13. I could just tell them too, save it as a PDF and print it from acrobat reader, which works fine and prints to a user box. I would like to know why it's doing it.

I did contact Konica Minolta support who seem as confused as I am.
