Google classes resets overnight

Hi all

 

Staff have been using below method to order classes

But apparently overnight it resets the order

 

Is there policy for this that your aware of that resets overnight? Can this be over ruled by any chance

I dragged to reorder them and it's never reset in the few years that I've been using Classroom.

I've not tried it on class order, but this sounds familiar to other behaviour I've seen.

 

It may be the case that this is happening if you have your classes sync'd to MIS or AD using one of the Directory Sync tools available. The re-sync overnight could well remove customisations like class order.
