meeting settings for absent teachers

Is there a way to edit the meeting settings for an absent teacher?

 

So we have a few teachers that are off sick that have calendar entries in teams to cover their lessons and for students isolating. They have set themselves as the only me presenter which is the default setting.

I know the teacher can manually add in others and change this to include others but if the staff member is off is there a way to add someone in for cover?

 

At the moment the cover teacher is making a single calendar entry next to the reoccuring on. Ideally we need to add them in even if its a global admin doing it.
