We've started creating teams meetings via outlook. Staff need to set meetings on a shared calendar but get a permissions error. They have full editing permissions for the calendar. They get the error from Microsoft Teams "looks like you don't have permission to schedule meetings for this account. Talk to the owner to get permission and try again."

Any idea where I'd do this?

Done, found it, looked like a powershell dig through but turned out easier than expected.

The user already had calendar editor permissions but we had to do this another way. Rather than clicking on the properties of the calendar and granting permissions. (how we used to do it)

The fix: log in to Teams and outlook, go to outlook and go to the account and use the delegate permissions button, delegate to assistant and have editor selected in the calendar box. (default)

That's it, it wouldn't seem any different but it is. Now the assistant can create teams meetings in a shared calendar.
