So, I've had reports that a pupil may have been removing others from a Teams class meeting yesterday. Is there anyway to get any logs of actions taken during a meeting?

My assumption is that the teacher didn't mark them as attendees, but I would just like to get more info for personal reference.

I've found logs for logging in and making changes to the Team, but nothing seems specific to see who attended a meeting and what actions were undertaken. I'm guessing this should be somewhere?

Thanks all.

Thanks for that. That matches what I'm thinking, although we have had some odd issues pop up over the last few days.

Randomly teachers have started getting directly applied meeting policies (RestrictedAnonymousAccess) when they should come from a group membership. That's new!

Plus trying to get a recording removed has proven to be impossible even though Microsoft support can confirm our settings are right.

It's turning into a long week.

sure teams has a policy to stop members removing others

im in the thick of sorting the policies and it is a mine field

So with that setting is it applied to both teachers and student policies?

No, it's a teacher policy setting that means any meeting started by a teacher automatically defaults to 'organiser only' on the who can present option.
