Cant browse to an IP of hardware

Having a bit of a brain freeze.

 

Whatever I have, for example a Synology Diskstation, Printers, etc, I cant seem to be able to browse to their setup pages by entering the IP address.

 

Have checked with IP scanner and can see the devices on the network but cant get the web settings up with the IP.

 

Router issue?

Yes I can ping it fine and trying to access it from my normal desktop machine with proxy set as normal.

You should have your machine set to bypass the proxy for local addresses.
