TEAMS - interviews in school for students

Our TEAMS is locked down so students cannot use it for anything other than structured lessons initiated from our staff.

 

Now we're being asked to allow students to take TEAMS calls from outside the organisation for things like interviews.

 

Currently I'm just getting staff to supervise them and use the staff logon, how are other school's managing yet another twist in the tale?

If you schedule that call by creating a Team for it first then adding it to the calendar fro those attendees, the student doesn't need to initiate it. Not tried that myself, but that would work from my understanding (and is easy enough to test!)
