Configurator 2 and Apple School Manager

Hi all,

 

I have been Happily using Configurator 2 to setup my ipads for a couple of years now and all of a sudden any that I provision now the apps close straight down when opening. I assume this is to do with licensing even though I can log into VPP and all my apps are there.

 

I then noticed that it asked me to migrate my blueprints when next opening Conf2 which I did and then it mention about moving to Apple School Manager. I have setup an account my VPP credit and licenses show in Apple School Manager what do I need to do to get back to provisioning my ipads using Conf 2 which is my prefered method, if not what do I need to do to get it all back up and running with apps that don't close on opening as my ipads are useless at the moment.

Clutching at straws, here, but have you accepted the updated Apple School Manager Terms and conditions from September 16th?

i had to accept the agreement in apple and mosyle mdm then it started to provision again

Thanks for the response, where would that pop up, in configurator 2?

Log into Apple School Manager. Go to Settings > Enrollment Information > Terms and Conditions. 'View History' should confirm whether or not you have accepted the latest T&Cs.

 

I'm not sure if you'll need to do anything else in Configurator, though.

In that case, I'd highly recommend signing up with Mosyle. There's a 30-day free trial of premium and the on-boarding support is great (despite using Zoom). The free version seems to be good enough for a number of 'geeks on here, too.
