[bromcom] Cannot delete comment bank comments entered in error

Hi

 

We have been entering comment banks into assessment marksheets in Bromcom for illustrative/training purposes only, but it does not appear to be able for us to remove them subsequently. When attempting to replace the original comment by selecting another one from the comment bank, the marksheet then displays both the original comment selected in error, and its intended replacement comment.

 

Could anyone out there reassure me that it is possible to delete comment banks entered in error, and advise me of the procedure for how to do so?

The way the assessment marksheets are intended to operate is that comments are over written when a new comment is added. From what you've said here it sounds like this isn't happening. So that we can look at getting this resolved for you, could you please contact our support Helpdesk or raise a ticket via the support portal please, and we will get this looked into as soon as we can.

Hi @CarterUSM - have you tried Manage Data in the Assessment Module? I think you can search for and bulk delete assessment results there.
