Internal Staff webpage not loading

Hi

 

We have an internal staff page that will not load in school - it does externally - it gives the error err_empty_ response. We've tried clearing cookies, resetting ip, flushing dns, etc but nothing works.

 

Any ideas?

You bypassed any proxy to access it internally? Things like that often happen if it's getting in a loop going outside to inside etc

We don't have an internal proxy.

Same address internally and externally? Is internal pointing at the same IP as external or to an internal address?

How is it hosted? Is it on IIS?

It's hosted externally on UK2.

If you have the IP of the web server try that, if not make sure there are no DNS records that could causing the issue.
