[bromcom] URGENT - How to create/insert comment bank columns in assessment templates/marksheets

Hi

I’m in the process of creating comment banks in Bromcom. I need to know how to ensure the comment banks for each subject in each year are included in all relevant marksheets, to enable teaching staff to select the appropriate comment when they come to create their reports.

I have raised the issue in Bromcom's online chat facility, and their rep said he'd escalate it accordingly. Unfortunately I need to know as a matter of urgency, for the purposes of a Bromcom assessment training session for all staff this coming Tuesday.

If there's anyone out there who can help me get out of this hole, I'd be very grateful!
