I may have told this tale already...

 

I was having lunch in a boarding house, with a table of 15/16 year old kids. A very dour, taciturn boy on my left. Child on right says something about chicken legs, and dour boy and I proceeded, with no prior communication, to persuade the table that KFC were investing $millions into genetic research aimed at four legged chickens.

Surely not letting anyone in will severely impact sales? Also, having worked in retail, while I know that customers can seem like rats it's not really a great way to depict them where customers can see.
