We currently have all of our students, teachers and classes set up in Teams.

I'm interested in the weekly digest parent/guardian email.

I'd like to test it with one student first, before I start figuring out how to import all of the parents.

Is it possible just to add one parent account and link it to a student to test, so we can see how it looks and what info you get?

I can't see any option for setting up parent accounts/email addresses manually.

Having done some reading, I've created the guardinarelationship.csv file with just one student in there and their guardian's email address.

Within SDS, I can't see a way of uploading this CSV alone, It asks for all 8 CSV files. Since we already have Teams set up with classes, students and teachers manually, I have never created CSVs for all those as there was no need.

How can I just append the guardians to my existing students?

I though about maybe uploading the other 7 CSVs with just headings and no data in them, but chickened out in case it removed all my teams and members!

Can anyone suggest the best way of appending guardians to existing students please?

Did you get anywhere with this. We are like you with Teams/Classes created manually and our staff/students are created from azure sync/connect so don't want to interfere with any of those. I can see an option to enable the two extra csv's required in the SDS and according to some things ive read you have to upload the others with just headers as you say.
