Issue on a papercut server

We have a 2012 r2 server running Papercut releasing to Konica Minoltas. I have one queue that constantly gets stuck in a printing state. I am running the port direct ip, LPR. Any help is appreciated.

Had this recently myself whilst printing to certain file types. Mainly while printing pdf. Try a different driver either roll back pcl6 or postscript driver (don’t use the latest version driver)

I know that there's an issue with printing to a Toshiba copier when using MS Edge Legacy, and this included PDFs.

 

I found deploying a file type GPO which forced Google Chrome to be the default resolved the issue and no more stuck print queues.

Thank you so much for the info. Unfortunately it seems to happen at random, I'll post the solution if it is found.

PDF & Images are known for issues printing in Windows 10 using the default apps, set a PDF viewer like Adobe or Foxit and that will resolve it.
