I used to be able to \\10.x.x.x\c$ then add my admin credentials and plop something on the clients desktop from my office. I now have a bunch of windows 10 machines and I cant do that anymore. What GP rule on the AD server can I make to allow me to do that?

I'd be checking firewall on the client first.

Never would I have thought it was "File and Print Sharing" from windows 98 that I would be using again.

Quick How-to from Group Policy with Server 2019 to a Win 10 client.

GPO > Computer Config > Policies > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security > Inbound Rule , New Rule, Predefined Rule, File and Print Sharing. It add about 9 rules. Open Command Line and run gpupdate /force and then you're golden.
