Yes - I've set some of these up recently, but they require Windows 1809 or later. Very nice and fast machines, no issues.

Does windows detect all the drivers? Battery life any experience.

It didn't detect GPU, WiFi and Bluetooth, but was straight forward to locate these on Lenovo's site.

As for battery, no complaints. These were imaged so they're not using the factory installed OS and they're brand new.

This is the exact model I bought, slightly different to your model.

Are you just using them for office and a browsing, do you think it will run a little bit of photoshop cs5

The ones I deployed are for office and browsing. Looking at the specs for Photoshop CS5, they seem relatively low apart from the GPU.

2 Cell battery, we have had schools purchase these from resellers just looking at a quick sale.

First complaint was the battery life, they were warned.

Scratch that then

Might look at some refurb lenovo t450 5th gen i5 8gb 256 ssd

The battery life for these look good i think they have an inbuilt and normal battery.
