E-learning Manager - Remote with head office in Stevenage - FTE £35,000 - £39,000 p.a

At Herts for Learning (HfL) we're looking for an e-learning manager to support and shape our expanding capacity to deliver online learning. HfL is the largest school-owned company in the UK and support schools in Hertfordshire and beyond - this is currently through a series of webinars, a county-wide LMS and other tools.

 

This role will be a combination of strategic input & planning and operational hands-on building and management - it reports to the Head of Learning Innovation (me..) and the postholder could find themselves working with anyone from across HfL's 400 employees. Flexibility is key - helping someone with Vimeo uploads in the morning, writing a briefing paper for the HfL exec in the afternoon; supporting large-scale online events & programmes and enabling colleagues to use digital tools to support a whole range of schools, academies and settings.

The role is remote-based with - where possible - regular overnight visits to the HfL main office in Stevenage. It's a full-time role but 0.8 (4 days a week) may also be considered.
