jimmckenna Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 The growth of Teams continues at my location and now looking to to deal with this request. Looking at integration of the outlook calendar into the user calendar within Teams. I use Locker (formerly ruler) to pull through students timetables into their web outlook in 365. Now being asked can they integrate this calendar into Teams where student remote live sessions are displayed. Appreciate any advice on this one!! TIA
mrnoisy Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 It’s something that we would like as well maybe checkout UserVoice and see if it’s a planned feature request. One of our teachers has also managed to work a temp solution using power apps but I’m not sure how deployable that is for everyone.
Steve21 Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 Not sure if it's just something specific for students view, but doesn't it already do that? All my calendars (and teacher demos) seem to pull through the entire Outlook calendar already (Unless I'm misunderstanding which part you want it in if you got a screenie example) Steve
ajg Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 Same here, I’m positive teams meetings show for both staff and students in their outlook calendars. It did this by default for us.
ajg Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 Sorry just re-read your message, your referring to outlook calendar showing in teams calendar if I read correctly. That said I’ve just checked a test student account and created an event in outlook and it pulled through to teams calendar straight away.

TIA It's my understanding that Locker provisions the timetable into a sub-calendar rather than the main calendar. That's probably the problem.
