Migrate seperate G Suite's into a single one

Hi all,

 

Back in the day I setup our 3 trust schools as separate G Suite's, more fool me! They wanted to all be kept seperate at the time but as time has gone on I see little sense in keeping it this way, how easy is it to merge all these in to a single G Suite?

 

As it stands we have Secondary (Trust domain name is setup as a secondary), Primary 1 and Primary 2.

 

Ideally i should have Trust Domain G Suite and all others set as secondary domains? Is this going to be a complete and utter pain in the rear?

The domain part is easy. It's the existing content that'll be your biggest issue.

Personally, I'd use the secondary school domain as the one to merge the other two into too. Ultimately, it doesn't matter what domain is the primary and secondary domain, as long as all of your domains names are in, and they can have accounts created on them. Your biggest PITA point is going to be moving everyone's stuff over. I'd use a third party app to do it. CloudM are the people I'd talk to (and Google have recommended to me before now) and CloudM Migrate Hosted would be my tool of choice for this, because your primaries will have less users than needing to spin up servers to handle it for you.
