Koldov Posted June 25, 2020 Posted June 25, 2020 Just had an email from my Business manager saying that he has been told to buy a couple of laptops... Not a great time to be doing this really as there is an obvious issue with limited availability and possible price increases... Anyway, our estate is mainly made up of HP 250 G6 15.6" Laptop Intel Core i5-7200U, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD. These are absolutely fine for teacher devices (for a bit of Youtube and the odd Word document) and they also have a lot of legacy connection options (as we are still using old VGA cable runs to the projectors) as well as DVD drives (for films) and other useful things... However they are now almost impossible to find!
VeryPC Posted June 25, 2020 Posted June 25, 2020 Good Morning @Koldov Hope it's not too hot where you are! I'm boiling! I'm going to get our very own Dan to drop you a message, as we'll be able to help! We're selling more Tier 1 devices and have helped many EduGeekers out during the COVID-19 pandemic. It might be that the particular model you're looking for isn't available but we're confident we'll find you a suitable alternative! Keep an eye on your inbox! - Ryan 1

They're a better chassis than the 260 too. Drop me a Pm if you're interested? 1
