Laptop Webcam

Does anyone know of a utility that might alter the settings on a laptop webcam?

The laptop is Stone model running Windows 10 (camera app is disabled) but the basic driver doesn't come with any option to change things like the brightness or saturation so it's really over exposed and hard to view the person on the other end.

Does it give any idea of what make/model of webcam it is?

grab the hardware id of the camera and google is your friend

I use the camera app but as you've said it's disabled.

I can't get access to the machine i'm having trouble with at the moment but I've found a similar model upstairs that says Bison Cam NB Pro? Not one i've ever heard off. Cheers

Use a middleman program such as splitcam (freeware) lets you adjust all the settings, then change your applications to use the splitcam driver.
