Online payment solution for primary multi academy trust

Hi there,

 

Our MAT is trying to source an online payment solution with communication and parents evenings booking apps. We've had a few quotes but we'd like to hear from users of different schools about their experiences. I know there's a lot to consider but our single school budget is approx £1000 per year for this. We have never had any online payment solution so this would be our first purchase.

£1000 per school, or, £1000 for all of the schools in the MAT? If so, how many schools do you have?

 

If you can post who you have looked at it may help us to provide feedback on any of them. For £1000 per year I wouldn't think there's many providers offering parents evening booking and online payments and communication.

Sorry, some more details:

3 small 1-form entry primaries in MAT...and £1000 per school. From the quotes we've had, I can see that having parent evening booking within price could be almost impossible. We're considering parentmail, schoolcomms and eduspot.
