FMS RemoteApps

Hi

 

I am testing publishing sims FMS via remoteapps it looks like it is opening and then closes. Has anyone any ideas please?

I know with SIMS you need to publish the pulsar.exe rather than SIMSLoad.exe which RDP picks up (As its on the shortcut). Watch task manager when you open it onsite and see if it opens another EXE after the one in the shortcut has loaded.

Check the shortcut for sure. FMS should run Finance.exe and not FMSLoad.exe first.

Now just to check, your remote app server does have a default printer mapped, I seemed to remember that if there is no default Printer FMS can refuse to load
