Can an Office 365 Administrator set up a calendar share between two users, i.e. the owner of the Calendar and their PA? Advice on internet seems to say only a Powershell script can do this, which seems a bit crazy. Surely, if you can set up Shared Mailboxes you can ensure a Shared Calendar in the Admin interface? Anyone else tried this as an O365 admin?

Best wishes to all in these surreal times.

There's two levels of permissions to a mailbox, at the mailbox level, which is basically just 'full access' - doable thru the web UI but as the name implies gives full access to the mailbox

To give finely grained permissions as an admin, then yes you have to use a couple of lines of powershell. it doesn't bite.
