Has anyone got a good resource for Microsoft Teams that I can recommend to staff, like a Basic user guide?

 

Does anyone know when MS are upping the max 4 screens view to 9?

We have given staff online training via Teams on Team and I have pointed staff to Microsoft YouTube videos for Teams and PDF documents.

Training/help, to save time the built in help in Teams is good. Short video clips. Bottom left > Help > Training. Also done college (Live broadcast and recorded it), group and one-to-one training and few common KB pages for staff and student to read/watch. Edited May 10, 2020 by Rizzo
