mdrabble Posted May 10, 2020 Posted May 10, 2020 (edited) Has anyone got a good resource for Microsoft Teams that I can recommend to staff, like a Basic user guide? Does anyone know when MS are upping the max 4 screens view to 9? Cheers Microsoft released this about upping screens. Sharing a view of the Microsoft 365 Roadmap with you: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/roadmap?featureid=57294 May have to search for 57294 to see details. We have given staff online training via Teams on Team and I have pointed staff to Microsoft YouTube videos for Teams and PDF documents. Edited May 10, 2020 by mdrabble
MYK-IT Posted May 10, 2020 Posted May 10, 2020 Some good resources that I've used and adapted to deliver in-house training / guides. https://www.avepoint.com/ebook/microsoft-teams-best-practices https://www.avepoint.com/blog/microsoft-teams/when-to-create-microsoft-teams-vs-channels/ https://www.avepoint.com/blog/microsoft-teams/microsoft-teams-quickstart-guide/
Rizzo Posted May 10, 2020 Posted May 10, 2020 (edited) Training/help, to save time the built in help in Teams is good. Short video clips. Bottom left > Help > Training. Also done college (Live broadcast and recorded it), group and one-to-one training and few common KB pages for staff and student to read/watch. Edited May 10, 2020 by Rizzo
